The primary bathroom provides a walk-in tile shower and the hall bathroom provides a tub/shower combo. The open kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped with modern amenities, including drip and K-Cup coffee machines, an espresso machine, and stainless steel appliances. Step outside to discover a large mudroom leading to the backyard oasis. Here, you'll find a covered porch, dining area, outdoor shower, charcoal grill, and fire pit - perfect for al fresco dining and relaxation. With parking space for up to 4 cars in the driveway, convenience is never an issue. For added comfort, we provide fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of toiletries and sundries, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay from the moment you arrive. Our properties are stocked with many of the comforts of home, including linens and kitchen essentials. Upon arriving for your stay, you will find your rental property has been stocked with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, body soap and shampoo. These items are a starter supply to get you through your first 24 hours, so you will need to pick up additional supplies to get you through the remainder of your stay. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and the like are not provided, but previous guests may leave them behind - we don't guarantee these items.
