Accommodating up to 8 guests, the sleeping arrangements include two queen beds, one full bed, and a twin trundle bed. Two newly remodeled bathrooms ensure comfort and convenience for all guests. The primary bathroom provides a walk-in tile shower and the hall bathroom provides a tub/shower combo. The open kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped with modern amenities, including drip and K-Cup coffee machines, an espresso machine, and stainless steel appliances. Step outside to discover a large mudroom leading to the backyard oasis. Here, you'll find a covered porch, dining area, outdoor shower, charcoal grill, and fire pit - perfect for al fresco dining and relaxation. With parking space for up to 4 cars in the driveway, convenience is never an issue. For added comfort, we provide fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of toiletries and sundries, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay from the moment you arrive. This property is NOT pet-friendly (no pets permitted). There is no smoking, including vaping, permitted inside or outside of this property. NO SMOKING! Sand Dollar Vacation Rentals does not provide or guarantee beach chairs or like accessories, but previous guests may leave such behind. Check-in is 4pm EST and Check-out is 10am EST (There are no early or late check-ins/check-outs March through November) Check-in Instructions will be emailed to the booking guest 24 to 12 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.
