This information is collected from you, the client, at the time of booking a reservation.
We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of our services, primarily to communicate with you regarding your reservation.
Sand Dollar Vacation Rentals LLC will not give, sell, or rent the information collected to a third party such as an advertising company. When visiting our website, we track that our website has been visited. We use the product “Statcounter” to count each visit for statistical analysis. No personal information is known or saved at the time of a visit.
We use the information we collect or receive at the time of booking, such as your email address, to communicate directly with you regarding your request to book or booking confirmation and check-in information. We use your phone number in the same manner and as part of the programmable combination locks for entry into the unit/ property you have booked. The last four digits of your phone number is deprogrammed once you have checked out of the unit/property. No credit card information is retained by Sand
Dollar Vacation Rentals.
We may send you emails containing newsletters, promotions, and special offers. If you do not want to receive such email messages, you will be given the option to opt out or
change your preferences. We also use your information to send you Service-related emails (e.g., and billing confirmations and reminders, changes/updates for your vacation
stay. You may not opt out of Service-related emails.
What happens in the event of a change of control:
We may buy or sell/divest/transfer the company Sand Dollar VacationRentals (including
any shares in the company), or any combination of its products, services, assets and/or
businesses. Your information such as customer names and email addresses, and other user information related to the Service may be among the items sold or otherwise transferred in these types of transactions. Your email ID and phone number are kept in a private database and within the booking record located on our website. Both are owned by Sand Dollar Vacation Rentals and cannot be viewed without proper credentials.
