This relaxing, Fernandina Shores property is located on the north end of beautiful Amelia Island and is two blocks to the beach. The community backs up to Ft. Clinch (the Fort, beaches, fishing, biking and walking trails) where you'll be sure to spot the occasional deer. The property is conveniently located to Main Beach, where you'll find a variety of fun activities including miniature golf, picnic areas, a playground, skate park, basketball courts, sand volleyball, two beachfront restaurants (one you can literally sit on the sand and enjoy the ocean view) and a large open space where the occasional festival is hosted. Also nearby is Egan's Greenway, the Recreation Center, more playgrounds and parks, kayak/canoe launch and an easy bike ride or short drive to the historic downtown waterfront with eateries, shops, bars and more.

Unit was very clean. Located on 1st floor (no stairs). Check in and out was a breeze. Easy walk to beach. Beach gear available for use. Kids enjoyed the pool. One parking spot assigned but other visitor spots available. Washer/dryer is right outside unit. The only con was hooks in bathroom- they left rust spots on a few of the clothes/towels. Would definitely visit again!
