The secondary bedroom provides a queen size bed, large closet and an abundance of natural light. Across the hall from the secondary bedroom is another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cooking ware, as well as microwave and dishwasher, and opens to the living and dining areas. The dining area provides a dining table to accommodate four, and a built in hutch for additional counter and storage space. Get comfortable in the living area that provides a queen size sleeper sofa, cable TV and direct access to your private balcony. Outdoor seating on the covered balcony for you to enjoy the ocean views breeze! For your convenience, a washer and dryer is located in the villa; cable and Wi-Fi provided, on-site parking for up to two vehicles with issued permit, sparking ocean side pool, elevators, and luggage carts.
