When it's time to retire for the night, the villa offers two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. The master bedroom boasts a plush king-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep, a private door to the balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and easy access to the second bathroom, complete with a shower/tub combo. Fresh linens, towels, and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience. For additional sleeping arrangements there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Conveniently situated on the 1st floor (not ground level), this villa offers easy access to the stunning beauty of Amelia Island. Step outside onto your private patio and take in the salty breeze as you sip your morning coffee or relax with a book in hand. Just a few steps away, you'll find yourself by the pool or on the sandy shores, ready to indulge in beachside bliss. With direct beach access, you can spend your days building sandcastles, strolling along the shore, or simply unwinding on the pristine sands. This property is NOT pet-friendly (no pets permitted). No smoking of any kind, including vaping, in the property or anywhere on the complex grounds including the beach boardwalk and parking lot. NO SMOKING! Available covered and open parking. Parking pass must be visible through windshield otherwise subject to towing at your expense. Maximum two vehicles per property. Parking passes provided via the Guest Welcome Notebook inside the property. Sand Dollar Vacation Rentals does not provide or guarantee beach chairs or like accessories, but previous guests may leave such behind. Check-in is 4pm EST and Check-out is 10am EST (There are no early or late check-ins/check-outs March through November) Check-in Instructions will be emailed to the booking guest 24 to 12 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.
