Amazing Pool Home w/ Tiki Bar Steps to the Beach! Fernandina Beach
Your Amelia Island oasis awaits! This 4 bedroom, 3 bath bungalow has it all for a memorable getaway - ocean views, steps to the beach, beautiful pool, spa (see notes below), tiki-bar with outdoor kitchen, and detached guest cottage (4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom). Beach access is steps away from the property just across the street.
When not at the beach, enjoy outdoor living at its best in the backyard of this home with a salt-water pool, multi-level paver sundeck, waterfall, and tiki bar. Plenty of outdoor lounging areas including umbrellas for shade if desired and gas fire-pit to enjoy the cooler evenings. The Tiki bar provides a gas grill, sink, and dorm size refrigerator.
Eclectic flare with a mix of vintage decor adorns this property throughout. The main house provides 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds) and 2 full baths. The main bedroom has a king bed and smart TV with attached bathroom with beautiful marble floors. The other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house and share the hall full bathroom. From each bedroom you may view the ocean or pool area. The living area provides cable TV and overlooks the pool and outdoor area. An abundance of natural light flows into this living space making it bright and airy. Full size washer and dryer are on the property as well as an iron, ironing board, and steamer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the daily necessities and includes a gas range, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and two beverage coolers - perfect for all of your cold drinks and adult beverages. Coffee bar convenient for your favorite grounds or pods. Plenty of storage in this large kitchen and provides bar seating for five. The dining area has ocean views and a table that will comfortably accommodate six.
The guest cottage provides an additional queen Murphy bed, bath with unique walk-in shower, and a cozy sitting area. Also included is a coffee maker and dorm size refrigerator with a bar and kitchen sink area. The guest cottage provides privacy from the main property.
Provided for your convenience are fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of toiletries and sundries (soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and kitchen sponge). Also for your convenience are beach chairs, beach cargo wagon, beach towels, and pool inflatables.
